- Precision electrical components including touch-screen control cabinet, vacuum jet unit, transfer pumps and sensor instruments are independently packed in shock-proof and moisture-proof solid-wood cases, marked with "This Side Up", "Moisture Proof" and "Fragile" for ocean shipment.
- Filter leaves, sealing gaskets, valves & pipe fittings, special maintenance tools and spare consumables are packed separately by category. Each case is attached with an independent material list for checking and acceptance upon port arrival.

Q1: What acid value range of crude oil is suitable for this cooking oil refinery plant?
A: Chemical alkali refining mode for low acid value crude oil; physical refining mode is preferred for crude oil with acid value higher than 6mgKOH/g. Deteriorated oil with excessively high acid value is not recommended for direct processing.
Q2: Can both Grade I and Grade II finished oil be produced simultaneously?
A: Yes. Adjust process parameters: partial feedstock only goes through degumming and deacidification to produce Grade II oil; full section processing yields Grade I edible oil.
Q3: What is the processing capacity range of the equipment?
A: Daily throughput of standard models ranges from 3 60 tons. Non standard customization is supported according to customers' actual crude oil processing scale.
Q4: What causes color reversion of finished oil during processing?
A: It is mostly caused by excessive high temperature residence time, insufficient cooling or inadequate vacuum degree. Equipped with rapid cooling conditioning unit, the problem can be effectively alleviated by operating in accordance with operating instructions.
Q5: Is it troublesome to switch between physical refining and chemical refining modes?
A: No hardware modification is required. Simply call up corresponding process formulas on the touch screen and adjust parameters of steam, vacuum and temperature to finish mode switching.
