① Thickened Q345R Reactor Vessel
The Batch-Mode Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Unit adopts Q345R pressure-vessel steel plate with national-standard positive tolerance at 20 mm thickness, equipped with automatic submerged-arc welding and external reinforcing ribs for reactor shell.
② Greatly Reduced Downtime Loss
A 12 mm thickened integrated dual-spiral component is installed inside the reactor chamber. The spiral parts and reactor vessel adopt materials from the same batch with identical thermal expansion coefficient, resisting cracking and failure during operation. Angle-steel reinforcements are arranged at 1-meter intervals for stable slag-discharge performance. This design cuts down man-hours consumed by slag-cleaning maintenance and improves the effective production time of the whole unit.
③ Zirconium-Aluminum Composite Module Insulation Structure
The insulation interlayer consists of 20 mm zirconium-aluminum heat-insulating modules plus 5 mm needle-punched insulation blankets. Compared with traditional refractory cement insulation solutions, it enables several extra batches of material processing every month.
④ Reuse of Process Combustible Gas for In-house Energy Self-sufficiency

Its outer shell is reinforced by double channel steel, and internal heat-exchange pipelines are all hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion. Fast oil-gas heat exchange produces pyrolysis fuel oil with low impurity content and bright color, achieving better selling performance in downstream markets.
