Thickened Q345R Main Reactor for Longer Service Life
The main reactor of Batch Type Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Plant adopts Q345R boiler steel plate with national standard positive tolerance, at a thickness of 20 mm. Raw materials are sourced from top-tier steel mills such as Wuyang Iron & Steel. Subject to normalizing and tempering heat treatment, its service life is over one year longer than ordinary configurations.
Dual-inner-spiral plus External Reinforcing Ribs for Efficient Slag Discharge
The reactor is fitted with 12 mm thickened dual inner spirals (same material as reactor shell, identical thermal expansion rate, crack-resistant), which greatly cuts downtime for ash cleaning and improves overall production efficiency.
Zirconium-Aluminum Module Insulation for One Furnace per Day
The insulation layer consists of 20 mm zirconium-aluminum modules plus 5 mm needle-punched blankets, with temperature resistance up to 1260 °C. Combined with 3 × Φ325 air outlets, one full batch cycle only takes 22-23 hours to realize one furnace per day.
Recycle & Combustion of Syngas for Self-sufficient Fuel Supply
Non-condensable gas (syngas) generated in pyrolysis is recovered via purification system and directly fed into combustion chamber as heating fuel. No extra diesel or natural gas consumption is required while tail-gas emissions meet environmental standards.

FAQ
Q1: What are the differences between batch-type and continuous pyrolysis plants?
A: Batch-type runs in cycles: feeding → pyrolysis → slag discharging → re-feeding. It requires lower investment with flexible operation for small-to-medium-scale projects of 5-20 tons per batch. Continuous plants realize 24-h non-stop feeding and discharging with daily capacity of 20-300 tons and high automation for large-scale industrial projects.
Q2: How much oil can be obtained from one ton of waste tyre?
A: Depending on tyre type and condition, oil yield generally ranges from 40 %-55 %, steel wire 12 %-15 %, carbon black 30 %-35 %, and the rest is combustible gas.
Q3: Does the equipment meet environmental-protection standards?
A: It can be equipped with stainless-steel desulfurization tower plus dust-removal system. Flue gas passes desulfurization & dust-removal before chimney discharge to satisfy local environmental requirements. All syngas is recycled for combustion without black smoke or peculiar odor.
Q4: How long does installation take and what preparations shall we make?
A: On-site installation takes 15-30 days subject to configuration; we provide free technical guidance. The buyer shall prepare on-site welders, welding consumables, accommodation for our technicians, as well as civil foundation, water & power supply, crane, cables, oil storage tanks and other auxiliary materials.
Q5: What is the payment term?
A: 30 %-50 % advance payment, balance settled before shipment. T/T is acceptable; Letter of Credit can be negotiated for large-volume orders.
