This Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Machine is a modular intermittent rotary pyrolysis-type equipment, targeting medium-and-small-scale waste-tyre-treatment scenarios. It is compatible with passenger-car tyres, light-truck tyres, rubber scraps and shredded tyre materials, with single-batch processing capacity ranging from 5 tons to 15 tons. It completes tyre pyrolysis under sealed oxygen-free conditions and produces fuel oil, pyrolytic carbon black, clean steel wire and combustible gas. Variable-frequency adjustable rotary-drive system:
The reactor rotating speed can be flexibly adjusted according to raw-material types. Low speed for whole-tyre feeding and high speed for shredded-tyre feeding, adapting to tumbling requirements of different feedstocks and optimizing pyrolysis reaction performance.
Modular oil-gas-processing unit for flexible optional expansion:
The oil-gas-processing unit adopts split-type modular design. The base version comes with standard condensation assemblies. Spray, coking-removal and desulfurization modules can be added as required for convenient later-stage upgrading and retrofitting.
Combined multi-sealing structure:
Double-layer sealing of graphite packing plus high-temperature-resistant gaskets is applied for end covers and rotating shaft positions. It guarantees sealing performance under high-temperature working conditions and reduces oil-gas leakage.
Visual temperature-and-pressure monitoring points:
Multiple temperature-and-pressure sampling points are arranged on the reactor and oil-gas pipelines. Meters display operating parameters intuitively so operators can grasp internal-reactor working conditions in real time.

Packing & Shipping
The Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Machine is modular industrial equipment shipped in split bare-metal packages. Rotary pyrolysis reactor, variable-frequency drive assembly, modular oil-gas-processing modules, external slag-discharge mechanism and electric-control-instrument system are transported separately. Protective blind plates are fitted for all flange interfaces, and thread positions are coated with anti-rust grease.
Motors, instrument control cabinets and sensors are packed in waterproof wooden cases. Sealing packings, gaskets, wearing spare parts and special tools are individually packed in wooden crates. Main-equipment surfaces are coated with anti-rust primer and industrial weather-resistant topcoat.
Standard models can be fully loaded into 40HQ containers. Specially customized enlarged-size models are delivered by bulk carrier. Lead-time for standard configuration: 45 days upon receipt of advance payment; 70 days for customized versions with additional deep oil-gas-purification modules. Trade terms including EXW, FOB and CIF are supported. Packing lists, equipment dimension-and-weight sheets, modular-installation sketches and simplified civil-engineering reference drawings can be provided to support overseas customers' customs clearance, plant construction and on-site assembly.
FAQ
Q1: Will variable frequency speed adjustment affect equipment service life?
A: The drive adopts variable frequency heavy duty reducer specially adapted for variable speed working conditions. Service life will not be shortened under normal standardized operation. Long term over load high speed running is not recommended.
Q2: Is later stage installation of modular oil gas processing modules troublesome?
A: The equipment reserves standard butt weld flange interfaces. Later addition of spray or desulfurization modules only requires pipeline connection without modification of the pyrolysis main unit, resulting in simple on site assembly work.
Q3: Does the external slag discharge mechanism require extra cooling water supply?
A: Circulating cooling water is required to cool high temperature carbon black. The circulating water system can be shared with the condensation unit; no independent water circulation system needs to be added.
Q4: How frequently shall dual sealing components be replaced?
A: Under normal stable production conditions, graphite packing shall be inspected and replaced every 6 8 months; end cover high temperature resistant gaskets every 3 4 months. One set of backup sealing accessories is delivered together with the equipment.
Q5: Is later stage maintenance of multiple monitoring meters difficult?
A: General purpose industrial meters are adopted with widely available spare parts on the market for quick replacement upon damage. Matching meter spare parts can also be supplied by us.
