Small Scale Plastic Pyrolysis Plant
Small Scale Plastic Pyrolysis Plant is a skid-mounted integrated oxygen-free pyrolysis complete unit developed for small-capacity requirements with 1-3-5 tons per day processing capacity. It mainly consists of compact horizontal rotary pyrolysis reactor (optional specifications), oil-gas condensing & recovery system, carbon black collector, tail-gas treatment unit and electric control system. Taking waste plastics such as PE, PP, PS and ABS as raw materials, it produces plastic fuel oil, combustible gas and small amount of carbon residue under atmospheric-pressure, oxygen-free and high-temperature conditions. With total weight of 10-25 tons, the whole unit can be shipped inside container. Featured by low investment, small footprint and fast commissioning, it is suitable for village-level solid-waste treatment, start-up recycling stations, pilot demonstration projects and overseas small-scale resource-recovery projects.

① Integrated skid-mounted structure with pre-assembled compact reactor. The whole plant can be transported in container. Only utility pipeline connection is required on-site, no extensive on-site piping and welding work.
② Compact horizontal rotary reactor driven by external ring gear for stable low-speed rotation. Even material heating to adapt to molten plastic feedstock.
③ Direct-fired heating plus circulating-water condensation. Fast temperature rise and simple structure. System is simplified for small-scale unit to lower maintenance complexity and fault points.
④ Anti-melting feeding structure for plastics. It avoids blockage when processing thin-wall materials such as plastic films and woven bags, compatible with mixed plastic raw materials.
