The main unit, cooling system and oil-water separator are pre-assembled on one shared base. Once on-site, it can be commissioned and run after connecting water and power supplies. It greatly shortens installation cycles and reduces on-site civil-engineering workload.

Main furnace of Q345R boiler-grade steel plate with normalizing & tempering treatment:
Reactor inner liner adopts national standard positive-tolerance Q345R pressure-vessel steel plate processed via normalizing plus tempering heat treatment. It delivers better resistance against high-temperature creep and fatigue cracking than ordinary Q235 steel sheets for an extended service life.
12 mm-thick double-helix blades are fitted inside the furnace, reinforced by angle-steel supports spaced at 1-meter intervals. They share identical material and thermal-expansion coefficient with the furnace shell. When rotating, they promote uniform heating of feedstock. Upon pyrolysis completion, carbon black and steel wire can be rapidly discharged to cut furnace-cleaning downtime.

Q1: How many workers are needed to operate one small tyre recycling plant?

Q2: What output can we get from processing 1 ton of waste tyres?
A: Taking mixed waste tyres from passenger cars and trucks as an example, 1 ton of feedstock yields approximately 0.38 0.45 t fuel oil, 0.3 0.35 t carbon black and 0.1 0.15 t steel wire. The rest consists of combustible syngas (recycled for heating) plus minor moisture content. Actual yields vary according to tyre type, ageing degree and operating parameters.
Q3: Does the equipment require special foundation work?
A: Skid mounted small capacity units impose low foundation requirements. 1 ton and 3 ton models can sit directly on hardened concrete floors. For the 5 ton version, a simple concrete foundation is recommended. We will supply detailed foundation drawings and load bearing specifications.
Q4: Will the production process cause pollution?
A: The unit comes equipped with combustible gas recovery system and flue gas dust removal device. No black smoke occurs under normal operation. Non condensable pyrolysis gas is fully recycled for combustion. Waste water after oil water separation can be circulated for reuse, complying with environmental protection standards in most countries. If stricter local emission standards apply, desulfurization & denitrification modules are available as optional add ons.
Q5: What is the quality of recovered fuel oil? Can it be used directly?
A: The produced fuel oil can be directly applied for industrial boilers, burners, marine engines and similar equipment. To obtain higher grade diesel or gasoline, our distillation & refining unit can be connected for secondary processing.
