A: Multi person attendance is not needed. After simple training, one single operator can finish the whole workflow including feeding, pyrolysis and slag discharge.

Production Process Flow
- Raw-material Preparation & Feeding: Load waste-tyre chunks or waste plastics into the reactor, fit sealing gaskets and fasten the quick-open furnace door.
- Temperature-rising Pyrolysis: Start the burner for heating. When furnace temperature reaches 200-350 °C, macromolecular materials crack and generate oil-gas mixtures.
- Condensation & Oil Collection: Oil-gas flows into high-efficiency condensers. Heavy-weight fractions liquefy and flow into oil-storage tanks, while light-weight oil-gas proceeds to the circulating cooling system.
- Combustible-gas Recycling: Non-condensable combustible gas is purified via water-seal treatment and fed back to the burner for heating to recycle thermal energy.
- Cooling & Slag Discharge: Stop heating upon reaction completion. Release residual pressure after furnace cooling, then discharge solid by-products such as carbon black and steel wire.
- Flue-gas Discharge up to Standard: Combustion flue-gas passes through the spray-type desulfurization & dust-removal system and is discharged after meeting environmental-protection emission standards.
