Second Hand Tyre Pyrolysis Plant
Second Hand Tyre Pyrolysis Plant is specially designed to process waste-used tyres. The complete set consists of pyrolysis reactor, oil-gas condensing & recovery unit, carbon black collector and tail-gas purification system. Taking various scrap second-hand tyres as raw materials, it performs pyrolysis under high-temperature oxygen-free conditions to produce fuel oil, steel wire and carbon black. Targeted at waste-tyre recycling projects with limited budgets, the whole plant has been inspected and commissioned for large-scale pyrolysis of scrap second-hand tyres.

① Compatible with mixed scrap second-hand tyres, including car tyres, truck tyres and OTR tyres. Strict sorting of feedstock is not required.
② Reserved port for pre-feeding system. It can connect with external tyre shredder to feed large-size waste tyres and adapt to raw materials of different dimensions.
③ The whole system is inspected and calibrated. Temperature and pressure sensors are tested and adjusted, with operating parameters optimized for high-impurity second-hand tyre feedstock.

Packing & Shipping
Packing:
Pyrolysis reactor is derusted and anti-corrosion treated, wrapped with heavy-duty waterproof tarpaulin. Heavy-duty modules for condensation, carbon-black collection and tail-gas treatment are bare-packed. Electric control cabinet, calibrated sensors and meters are packed in shock-proof moisture-resistant plywood crates. Seals, valves and wearing spare parts are sorted into export wooden cases and pallets. Documents supplied: Equipment inspection records, operation & maintenance manual, assembly drawings, packing list.
Shipping:
Standard-size modules loaded into 40HQ containers. Over-dimension reactor sections shipped by break-bulk vessel. Heavy-duty flat-bed trucks transport goods to port for inland transit.
Lead Time:
30-60 working days upon deposit receipt. Lead time will be extended for deep-modification & upgrading. Real-site inspection and test-run photos & videos will be provided for customer confirmation before shipment.

Q1: What feedstock requirements for incoming second hand tyres?
A: Second Hand Tyre Pyrolysis Plant can directly process various scrap second hand tyres. Wheel hubs are suggested to be removed. Large OTR tyres are recommended to be shredded before feeding.
Q2: Will oil yield fluctuate sharply when processing mixed second hand tyres?
A: Parameters are optimized for mixed tyre feedstock. Minor yield fluctuation exists among different tyre types, while overall output remains stable.
Q3: Will pipelines get clogged easily due to many impurities in second hand tyres?
