Rubber Pyrolysis Machine
Rubber Pyrolysis Machine is an industrial batch-type oxygen-free pyrolysis turn-key system developed for waste rubber materials. It mainly processes waste tires, rubber scraps, rubber sealing rings, waste rubber hoses and other discarded rubber products. Under oxygen-free conditions, high-temperature pyrolysis produces fuel oil, steel wires and carbon black. The machine adopts special structural optimizations for material characteristics of rubber containing steel wires and carbon-black precipitation during rubber pyrolysis. It realizes harmless and resource-oriented recovery of waste rubber, and is suitable for tire recycling & dismantling plants, solid-waste disposal enterprises and rubber-waste treatment projects.

① Feeding compatible with steel-wire-containing rubber, high-efficiency steel-wire separation & discharging structure
Specially designed for steel wires embedded inside waste tires. Solid steel wires can be conveniently taken out from the reactor after pyrolysis to reduce blockage caused by residual steel wires. Complete steel-wire removal in pre-processing is not required; whole tires or cut tire pieces can be directly fed.
② Dedicated carbon-black collection & dust-removal system to minimize carbon-black dust emission
Equipped with multi-stage settling and bag-house collection units. Carbon black generated from pyrolysis is collected in a fully-closed manner to prevent dust leakage. Collected carbon black can be directly packed for recycling and reuse.
③ Multi-stage oil-gas condensation matching composition features of rubber pyrolysis oil
Rubber pyrolysis oil contains a high proportion of heavy-oil fractions. Graded cooling-condensing structure ensures sufficient condensation and collection of heavy-oil components and reduces oil-gas escape loss.
④ Recycle and burn pyrolysis combustible gas for heat supply with controllable energy consumption
Non-condensable combustible gas generated from rubber pyrolysis is purified and sent to the furnace for combustion heating, cutting consumption of external energy such as coal and natural gas.

Multi-point compression sealing structure is adopted for reactor door. It maintains stable sealing performance under high-temperature working conditions with easy opening & closing, balancing sealing performance and material loading/unloading efficiency.

Packing Method:
Main reactor is wrapped with heavy-duty waterproof tarpaulin; large reactor components are bare-packed. Control cabinets, sensors, pressure gauges and other electrical instruments are packed in shock-proof & moisture-proof plywood crates. Valves, sealing gaskets, pipeline fittings and full spare-part kits are sorted into export wooden cases and pallets.
Shipping Method:
Standard-size components are loaded into 40HQ containers; over-dimension reactor parts are shipped by break-bulk vessel. Heavy-duty flat-bed trucks deliver goods directly to project sites for inland transport.
Delivery Lead Time:
70-105 working days upon deposit receipt. Lead time will be extended for custom high-capacity units, upgraded precision carbon-black collection and advanced flue-gas treatment configurations. Real-site photos and videos will be provided for customer confirmation before shipment.
FAQ
Q1: What is the approximate oil yield of waste tire rubber pyrolysis?
A: Oil yield of complete waste tires is around 40 45%, together with approx. 30% steel wires and 30% carbon black. Product ratios vary with raw material conditions. Accurate data can be obtained by pilot tests with supplied samples.
Q2: Can whole tires be fed directly into the machine?
A: Standard models accept cut tire pieces. Large size intact tires are recommended to be cut to avoid excessive space occupation inside reactor and reduced single batch feeding capacity.
Q3: Is carbon black from pyrolysis sellable directly?
A: Crude pyrolysis carbon black contains minor impurities and can be sold at lower price directly. Additional carbon black deep processing equipment is required for high grade carbon black output.
Q4: Can rubber pyrolysis machine process waste plastic?
A: Physically it can process waste plastic. However plastic causes severe coking. Thorough reactor cleaning is mandatory after each plastic run. Alternating long term production between rubber and plastic is not recommended.
Q5: How are steel wires taken out during production?
A: After completion of one full pyrolysis batch and reactor cooling down, open the reactor door and pull out the bundled steel wires with tools.
Q6: What basic supporting conditions are required for one set of rubber pyrolysis machine?
A: Hardened anti seepage ground, water power supply and fire protection facilities are required. Dust proof protection shall be implemented in carbon black working area.
