Rubber Pyrolysis Plant
Rubber Pyrolysis Plant is a modular complete rubber pyrolysis unit. Different from standalone machines, it integrates pyrolysis reactor, full oil-gas treatment, carbon black collection and tail-gas purification into one integrated system without separate component assembly. It mainly processes waste tires, rubber blocks, rubber scraps and waste rubber products. Under high-temperature oxygen-free conditions, it cracks feedstock into fuel oil, steel wires and carbon black. Featuring unit-based integration with minimal on-site assembly work, it fits medium-scale rubber solid-waste disposal projects for medium-sized recycling enterprises, regional solid-waste treatment agencies and overseas medium-size investment projects.

① Modular integrated design for factory-preassembled modules to reduce on-site welding. Condensing, carbon-black recovery and tail-gas treatment are built as independent pre-assembled modules. Only pipeline connection is required after site delivery, greatly cutting on-site construction work.
② Negative-pressure closed carbon-black conveying structure to lower dust leakage risk. Pyrolysis-generated carbon black is transported via sealed negative-pressure pipelines to collection units without open discharging, effectively restraining carbon-black dust diffusion and improving workshop working conditions.
③ Combined condensing-heat-exchange structure adapted to heavy-oil fractions from rubber pyrolysis. Shell-and-tube plus coil combined condenser provides sufficient heat-exchange area for efficient heavy-oil capture and reduces oil product loss.
④ Gas pressure-stabilizing safe gas-supply system to ensure stable furnace combustion. Pyrolysis flammable gas is equipped with pressure-stabilizing, dewatering and tar-removal filter units for stable gas pressure and complete combustion, avoiding safety hazards caused by gas pressure fluctuation.
⑤ Multi-point real-time temperature & pressure monitoring with over-limit alarm protection. Multiple temperature and pressure sensors are installed for real-time operating-parameter monitoring. Automatic alarm triggers for over-temperature and over-pressure to improve equipment safety performance.

Packing:
Main reactor is anti-rust & anti-corrosion treated and wrapped with heavy-duty waterproof tarpaulin. Heavy-duty modules for condensation, carbon-black collection and tail-gas treatment are bare-packed. Electric control cabinet, sensors and other precision electrical parts are packed in shock-proof moisture-resistant plywood crates. Valves, seals, pipeline parts and wearing spares are packed in export wooden cases and pallets. Documents supplied: Pressure-vessel inspection report, assembly drawings, operation & maintenance manual, safety operation procedure, packing list.
Shipping:
Standard-size modules are loaded into 40HQ containers. Over-dimension reactor sections are shipped by break-bulk vessel. Heavy-duty flat-bed trucks deliver goods to project site for inland transportation.
Lead Time:
85-120 working days upon deposit receipt. Lead time is extended for custom high-capacity and upgraded environmental-protection configurations. Real-site photos and videos are provided for customer confirmation before shipment.
