Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Pyrolysis Plant
MSW Municipal Solid Waste Pyrolysis Plant is a complete pyrolysis disposal system developed for sorted municipal solid waste. It specially handles sorted-and-dehydrated domestic waste and Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF). Through oxygen-free pyrolysis, solid waste is converted into fuel oil, combustible gas and carbon residues. Focusing on material pre-treatment, continuous feeding and advanced flue-gas purification, the complete system is suitable for municipal solid-waste disposal and environmental-sanitation waste-to-resource projects to realize waste volume reduction and energy recovery.

Packing Method:
Main equipment is anti-rust and anti-corrosion treated, covered with waterproof tarpaulin with reserved lifting lugs; large-size components are bare-packed. Motors, meters and electric-control parts are packed in shock-proof and moisture-proof plywood crates. Pipes, fasteners and spare-part kits are packed in export wooden cases and pallets. Complete project documents are supplied: process drawings, civil-engineering drawings, installation drawings, PLC specifications, operation-maintenance manual and packing list.
Shipping Method:
Oversized heavy cargo is shipped by break-bulk vessel; standard-size modules are loaded into 40HQ containers. Heavy-duty flat-bed trucks deliver goods directly to construction sites for inland transport.
Delivery Lead Time:
90-130 working days upon deposit receipt, subject to project scale and customized configurations. Lead time will be extended for custom pre-treatment and environmental-protection units. Photos, videos and documents will be sent for customer confirmation before shipment.

Q1: What are preconditions for MSW pyrolysis plant to process waste?
A: Raw municipal solid waste cannot be fed directly. It must be sorted, crushed and dehydrated to reduce impurities and moisture. Sorted domestic waste or RDF is preferred. Waste test reports are recommended for customized solution design.
