Skid Mounted Pyrolysis Plant
Skid Mounted Pyrolysis Plant is an integrated unit pre-mounted on a common steel skid base. Core components including pyrolysis reactor, oil-gas condensation system, carbon black collector, tail-gas treatment unit and electric control system are pre-installed on the skid. Piping layout, electrical wiring and pre-commissioning are completed in-factory. It mainly processes solid waste such as waste tyres, waste plastics and waste rubber, and produces fuel oil, carbon black and steel wire via high-temperature oxygen-free pyrolysis. Featuring compact integration, easy transportation and installation, it is ideal for solid-waste pyrolysis projects with limited space, fast-track commissioning requirements or relocation needs.

Packing & Shipping
Packing:
The skid-mounted main body is fully reinforced. Exposed metal parts are derusted and anti-corrosion treated; key sections are covered with waterproof film. Electric control cabinets and instruments are packed in shock-proof moisture-resistant wooden crates. Spare parts and seals are packed into export wooden cases & pallets. Supplied documents: Skid layout drawings, wiring diagrams, operation manual, pressure test report, packing list.
Shipping:
Small-size skid units are loaded into 40HQ containers. Oversized skids go by break-bulk vessel. Heavy-duty flat-bed trucks deliver goods to port for inland transit.
Lead Time:
70-100 working days upon deposit receipt. Lead time will be extended for customized expanded versions. Pre-commissioning and packing photos/videos will be provided for customer confirmation before shipment.

Q1: What construction work is required after skid unit arrives on site?
A: Only concrete load bearing foundation and utility connections for water, power, feeding and tail gas exhaust are needed. Mass scale piping and welding are not required.
Q2: Can the skid mounted plant be shipped in separate sections?
A: Whole unit shipment is standard. Split skid design is available for over dimension cargo; modules can be simply jointed on site.
Q3: What is the service life of the steel skid base?
A: Anti corrosion treated steel skid can serve long term under normal conditions. Proper lifting operation is required to avoid base deformation.
Q4: Can capacity be expanded later?
A: Total output can be increased by adding parallel skid mounted units, while existing skids keep running.
Q5: Does the plant include tyre shredder?
A: Shredder is not within standard skid scope and is offered as optional accessory.
Q6: Is relocation complicated for skid mounted plant?
A: Disconnect external utilities, then lift and transport the whole unit. For split skids, reconnect module interfaces per drawings to resume production.
