The main reactor is made of 20-mm-thick Q345R boiler-grade steel plate sourced from top-tier steel mills. It undergoes precise normalizing and tempering treatment to deliver outstanding high-temperature corrosion resistance and structural-stress-bearing performance.

We take the lead in the industry to adopt 20-cm-thick zirconium-aluminum modular insulation for furnace chambers. Compared with traditional refractory cement, it achieves superior thermal insulation performance, cutting heating time by 1.5-2 hours and cooling time by 3-4 hours.
③ Optimized Internal Spiral Assembly:
The furnace is fitted with an angle-steel-reinforced double-helix internal spiral with 1-meter pitch. This structure enables fast ash discharge and prevents reactor deformation under high-temperature operation or during steel-wire extraction.
④ Upgraded Drive & Transmission System:
Equipped with ZQ650 heavy-duty reducer and 11-kW variable-frequency explosion-proof motor. It outputs stable torque with a far-lower failure rate than the widely-adopted 7.5-kW transmission systems in the industry.
⑤ Eco-friendly Combustible-gas Recovery System:
Custom-built gas-storage bags (300-1000 m³ capacity) collect non-condensable combustible gas for fuel reuse. Two sets of equipment can save 480-680 kg of fuel oil per day.
