Multi-stage pre-treatment & purification unit:
The waste oil refinery plant is equipped with settling-filtration, de-asphalting and impurity-removal reaction sections. It can remove ash, colloids and heavy asphaltenes in feedstock, slow down coking rate on inner walls of subsequent cracking columns and reduce load of downstream equipment.
Graded vacuum cracking-fractionation system:
It adopts gradient-heating vacuum cracking. Components of different boiling points are vaporized and separated step-by-step. Cracking and fractionation are completed simultaneously under vacuum conditions to lower reaction temperature and prevent secondary cracking and carbonization of oil products.
Multi-stage condensation & in-depth oil-gas purification module:
Multi-stage gradient condensation recovers oil products. Supporting alkaline-washing adsorption purification unit removes sulfides and nitrides from oil-gas and reduces sulfur content of finished oil.
Intelligent interlock safety control system:
Multi-dimensional signal acquisition for temperature, vacuum degree, pressure, liquid level and combustible gas is integrated. Under abnormal working conditions, it will automatically interlock to cut off feedstock and activate pressure-relief protection. Both local and remote monitoring are supported.
Sealed residue conveying & discharging mechanism:
Heavy residues of the waste oil refinery plant are continuously discharged via sealed screw mechanism. The whole process is fully sealed without open ports to avoid volatilization and leakage of residue-carried oil-gas and improve on-site working conditions.

Protective cover plates are fitted for all nozzle flanges. Tall column sections are manufactured in segments, bare-packed and fixed on transport bases with limit anti-collision reinforcement.
- Electrical and instrument components such as DCS control system, vacuum unit, gas detector, desulfurization adsorption assembly, regulating valve and flow meter are individually packed in shock-proof and moisture-proof solid-wood cases filled with cushioning materials. International sea-shipping marks such as "This Side Up" and "Keep Dry" are printed on cases.
- Column internals, filter elements, sealing gaskets, valves & pipe fittings and special maintenance tools are packed separately by category. Each package is attached with a clear material list for checking and acceptance upon port arrival.

Q1: What kind of feedstock is most suitable for this plant?
A: It is preferred to process crude pyrolysis oil, waste heavy oil and waste fuel oil. Large particle solid impurities shall be removed from raw materials in advance. Feedstock with excessive moisture must go through pre dehydration. Direct processing of waste lubricating oil with high metal content is not recommended.
Q2: What is the approximate yield of light oil products?
A: The yield depends on the composition of raw materials. The light oil yield of high quality crude pyrolysis oil can reach 65 78%. Higher asphalt and ash content in feedstock will lead to lower light oil yield.
Q3: What is the coke cleaning cycle of the plant?
A: On the premise of qualified pre treated feedstock, shutdown for coke cleaning is required after 18 32 days of continuous operation. Higher colloid and asphalt content in raw materials will correspondingly shorten the coke cleaning cycle.
Q4: Can the oil gas purification unit remove sulfur completely?
A: The alkaline washing adsorption unit can reduce sulfur content and realize sulfur reduction treatment. High sulfur feedstock requires an additional deep desulfurization unit.
Q5: What is the capacity range of the equipment?
A: The daily processing capacity of standard models ranges from 8 70 tons. Non standard customization is supported, and capacity can be customized according to customers' raw material processing scale.
