Integrated pretreatment-cracking-fractionation unit:
The small scale edible oil refinery integrates complete modules of waste-oil pretreatment, high-temperature cracking and rectification fractionation. It can complete the whole workflow of impurity & moisture removal, thermal cracking and oil-gas fractionation for waste edible oil without separate operation of multiple pieces of equipment.
Liquid-phase high-temperature cracking reactor:
The small scale edible oil refinery is equipped with special high-temperature-resistant reactors. Targeting the properties of long-chain fatty acid glycerides in vegetable oil, it completes molecular cracking and chain-breaking under closed oxygen-free conditions, and cracks large-molecule grease into small-molecule hydrocarbon oil-gas, laying the foundation for gasoline and diesel production.
Multi-stage gradient rectification & fractionation system:
Oil-gas generated by cracking flows into multi-stage rectification towers. Gasoline fractions and diesel fractions are separated and cut according to boiling-point differences of different fractions. Heavy-weight components can be refluxed for re-cracking to improve raw-material utilization rate.
Closed negative-pressure condensation & recovery system:
The whole set of oil-gas pipelines runs under fully-closed negative-pressure conditions. Multi-stage cooling and condensation are adopted to collect liquid-phase gasoline and diesel products respectively, reducing oil-gas volatilization loss and lowering on-site potential safety hazards.
PLC integrated process-control system:
It is equipped with a PLC control system. Cracking temperature, reaction pressure and rectification reflux ratio are all adjustable. Multiple sets of process parameters are stored for different waste-edible-oil feedstocks for easy operation.
