Continuous degumming and deacidification unit:
The palm oil refinery plant adopts combined wet-process degumming and physical deacidification processes to remove phospholipids, free fatty acids and colloidal impurities from crude palm oil. It reduces neutral-oil loss and adapts to crude palm oil feedstock with high acid value.
Negative-pressure decolorization and filtration system:
Bleaching-earth adsorption decolorization is carried out under negative pressure, matched with closed leaf-filter equipment to efficiently remove pigments and trace impurities. Bleaching-earth consumption is controllable, and filter residues are discharged in a sealed manner.
High-temperature vacuum deodorization section:
The high-vacuum deodorization tower of the palm oil refinery plant removes odor-causing substances and peroxides in oil, improves the color and flavor of palm oil, and retains natural nutritional components of the oil.

Packing & Shipping
- Tank equipment including degumming tank, deacidification reactor, decolorization tank, deodorization tower and fractionation-crystallization tank are treated with anti-corrosion and polishing. Protective cover plates are installed for all nozzle flanges. Tall tower equipment is manufactured in segments, bare-packed and fixed on transport bases with limit anti-collision reinforcement.
- Electrical-instrument and special equipment including DCS control system, vacuum unit, leaf filter, heat exchanger, regulating valve and flow meter are individually packed in shock-proof and moisture-proof solid-wood cases filled with cushioning materials. Ocean-shipping marks such as "This Side Up" and "Keep Dry" are printed on cases.
