Front-end integrated pre-treatment unit:
The Pyrolysis Oil Refining Plant integrates sedimentation, filtration and degumming pre-treatment modules to remove carbon-black residues and colloidal impurities inside pyrolysis oil in advance. It reduces scaling risk of subsequent rectification columns and extends the operation cycle of the rectification system.
Rectification-stripping coupling process:
The combined process of rectification column matched with stripping column can remove light components, sulfides and nitrides in oil products, improve oil odor and chroma, deliver high-precision fraction cutting, and ensure stable and controllable composition of each finished product.
Independent tail-gas incineration treatment unit:
The Pyrolysis Oil Refining Plant is equipped with a dedicated tail-gas incineration system. Non-condensable combustible tail gas generated from rectification is directly incinerated for heat supply without tail-gas discharge. Meanwhile, combustion heat is recovered for production to realize energy recycling.
Modular combined design:
