Optional Diversified Column Internals:
Multiple internals such as sieve trays, valve trays, structured packing and random packing are available. Selection is made according to material foaming degree, throughput and separation accuracy to satisfy diverse gas-liquid load working conditions.
Independent Reboiler-Condenser Circulation Loop:
The external reboiler generates ascending vapor inside the column, and the condenser completes vapor condensation. Matched with reflux drum for split-flow of reflux and product draw-off, the gas-liquid two-phase circulation remains stable and controllable.
Modular Segmented Column Structure:
Column sections are manufactured separately and connected by flanges for easy transportation and on-site hoisting. The number of column sections can be flexibly increased or decreased according to separation requirements to adjust theoretical plate quantity.
Custom-fabricated Column Body with Multiple Material Options:
Carbon steel, stainless steel, composite plate and lining anti-corrosion materials are optional. It adapts to working conditions of ordinary oil products, corrosive chemical solvents and acidic media.
Adaptable for Atmospheric, Slight Positive-pressure and High-vacuum Modes:
The same column body can operate under different pressures. System configuration can switch between atmospheric fractionation and negative-pressure low-temperature rectification for heat-sensitive and decomposition-prone materials.

Packing & Shipping
The distillation column is delivered in separate column segments. Large column sections go through sandblasting and anti-corrosion treatment and are firmly secured inside 40HQ, FR (Flat-Rack) or OT (Open-Top) containers. Column internals (packing, trays), reboilers, condensers, instruments, valves and sealing parts are packed in moisture-proof, rust-proof and vacuum-sealed wooden cases. Packing list, equipment dimension-and-weight sheets, assembly drawings, PID process flow diagrams, material certificates, pressure-vessel certificates and full-set customs-clearance documents are available. Multiple trade terms including EXW, FOB and CIF are supported to guarantee intact cross-border ocean transportation.

Q1: What determines the separation performance of the distillation column plant?
A: It mainly depends on theoretical plate number, type of column internals, reflux ratio and inherent composition of feed materials. Provide parameters of material samples in the early stage, and we will carry out process calculation to confirm column height and internals selection.
Q2: Can I purchase only the column body instead of the whole system?

A: Equipment segments are connected by flanges; only bolt alignment and tightening are required. Hoisting instruction documents are provided for large size components, and our technicians can be dispatched for on site assembly and commissioning guidance.
Q4: What kinds of materials are unsuitable for processing in distillation columns?
A: Materials prone to polymerization and coking, or feedstock containing large amounts of solid particles require a pre treatment filtration unit at the feed inlet to avoid blockage of column internals.
