The Pilot Distillation Column adopts segmented assembly design with flexibly replaceable column internals. Different internals such as corrugated packing, pall rings and sieve trays can be loaded. Customers can adjust internal column structure according to material separation requirements to meet diverse separation-accuracy demands.
High-precision multi-loop measurement & control system:
Equipped with multi-point on-line acquisition positions for temperature, pressure and liquid level, it conducts real-time monitoring in multiple zones including column top, column middle and column kettle. The reflux ratio of the Pilot Distillation Column can be precisely adjusted. The whole system supports data recording and storage to fully preserve process data during tests.
Continuous negative-pressure rectification operation system:
Matched with a high-stability vacuum system, it enables long-term continuous negative-pressure rectification. It adapts to heat-sensitive materials by lowering operating temperature and reducing thermal cracking of materials. Switching between batch and continuous operation modes is available flexibly.
Safety interlock & sampling-port design:
The Pilot Distillation Column is fitted with multi-point safety pressure relief and over-temperature & over-pressure interlock protection. Multiple sampling ports are reserved on the column body and pipelines. Samples from column-top, column-kettle and side-draw materials can be collected anytime during tests for component-purity detection.
